2. Shadow School 30-Day Virtual Yoga Challenge.

Our newest (and most popular) 30-Day Virtual Yoga Challenge this far! Shadow School provides 30-minute  Lila Flow yoga classes each day and invites participants to investigate the dark, sticky, uncomfortable emotions that make us human. Five hundred participants joined us to explore classes that featured peak yoga postures with themes that expressed Fear, Anger, Guilt, Shame, Attachment, and Duplicity.
