ABOUT CINDY STOCKDALE

My deepest passion is to support you to reclaim your personal power and help you live a fulfilled and satisfied life.

I am a certified Quantum Life Coach with degrees in Psychology and Archaeology. I have been teaching yoga, studying Mountain Shamanism and the energetic healing arts for over 20 years, and been an intuitive and channel my entire life.

My highest purpose is to help people remember they are loved. This is a true homecoming. Homecoming means we get to identify what we believe to be true, not what society has told us we need to be. We learn how to identify and discern our own feelings, beliefs, sensations, and then have the courage to live them outloud in the world. I am here for the wild one, the edge walker, the curse breaker, the life claimer. I am here for those who are ready to transform their lives.

WHERE TO FIND CINDY:

Breathwork And Sacred Space with Cindy Stockdale

In the rush of daily life, it’s easy to forget that everything around us—and within us—is already sacred. The mind narrows our vision to focus on personality, ego, and tasks. Sacred space reminds us that behind all this noise is the Witness, the one who is awake.

Sacred space is not a performance. It’s a field of frequency—a container that protects, holds, and opens us. It can be as intimate as an altar in your home, as practical as a pause before a coaching session, or as expansive as calling the directions beneath the stars.

Why Open Sacred Space?

  • To mark intention. Ritual creates a membrane around your practice.
  • To shift frequency. A sacred field is semi-permeable: what comes in and goes out is chosen, not random.
  • To reconnect. Whether before teaching yoga, entering meditation, or starting your workday, it anchors you in the sacred that is already present.

Sacred space serves as a reminder that we are not just acting for ourselves, but in reciprocity with the land, the ancestors, the Earth, and the subtle beings that support us.

The Practice of Opening

Drawing from the Carol shamanic lineage, one way to open sacred space is to honor the directions:

  • South – Serpent, Sacha Mama, who teaches us to shed old skins.
  • West – Jaguar, who helps us track what stalks us and transmute dense energy.
  • North – Hummingbird, who shows us we are enough for the great journey.
  • East – Eagle and Condor, who teach us courage, perspective, and vision.

From here, we bow to Pachamama, Great Mother, and to the Star Nations, Sun, and Moon, inviting their guidance.

The prayer is not about the right words, but about resonance. When spoken aloud, intention vibrates through the chest and throat, seeding energy into the field.

Creating the Protective Cocoon

In the Carol system, an eighth chakra—the Wiracocha—hovers above the head. Visualize drawing threads from this golden orb, weaving a luminous bubble around your body. This membrane lets in only what supports your highest good.

When working with others, you can expand this cocoon to hold the collective.

Energetic Hygiene: Breathwork Practice

Just as we brush our teeth, the energy body requires cleansing. Breathwork clears the sushumna nadi—the central channel running from crown to root—and revitalizes the chakras.

Kapalabhati (Skull-Shining Breath) with Retention

  1. Sit tall, hands interlaced behind your back.
  2. Begin with short, sharp exhales from the belly, like a bellows.
  3. After ~50 rounds, inhale deeply, sip three more breaths, and hold.
  4. Pulse the pelvic floor (mula bandha), drawing energy upward.

This builds stability in the core while awakening the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras. Trauma often hides here; approach with tenderness and patience.

Moving Energy Up and Down

  • From the Earth up: Draw red vitality from the root through the chakras, filling each with color—red at the base, orange at the sacrum, golden sun at the solar plexus, green or pink at the heart, blue at the throat, indigo at the brow, violet at the crown.
  • From the Stars down: Call on luminous white or rainbow light to cascade through the crown, washing the field like a waterfall.

Allow spontaneous movement. Trembling, swaying, or subtle shifts are the body’s way of integrating.

The Descent of Grace

After breathwork, sit in silence. Notice the clarity of your central channel. Invite a golden light into your heart. Ask:

  • What do I need to love more freely?
  • What do I need to know for the highest good of all?

This is the place of overflow, where service arises—not from depletion, but from fullness.

Closing the Directions

When complete, close the sacred space. Thank the serpent, jaguar, hummingbird, eagle, the mountains, Pachamama, and the Star Nations. Gather the threads of the Wiracocha, sealing the cocoon back into the orb above your head, grounding it into the Earth.

Living as Sacred Space

Sacred space doesn’t end when you close the circle. It’s carried in the way you speak, walk, and touch the world. To open space is to remember:

  • You are an agent of grace.
  • You are here for a reason.
  • Your presence alone can transmit peace.

Sacred space is not something you “make.” It is something you remember.

May this practice help you soften, cleanse, and step into the luminous truth of who you are.
