Intensives Include:
SUBTLE BODY PRACTICES
Learn powerful mantras, pranayamas, mudras, kriyas, and meditations that connect you to the subtle body. You’ll embody techniques from Chien Lung by Constantine Darling.
Advanced Asanas
Discover unique peak poses that we don’t usually get to explore in a shorter practice – these sessions are holistic, well-rounded, and sequenced to prepare the body for advanced asanas.
PHILOSOPHICAL THEMES
Classes open and close with a theme for you to set an intention and learn about the rich roots of yoga. We expand on classic topics from Hindu, Buddhist, and Tantric philosophy.
