Feed Your Whole Self: A 30-Day Virtual Yoga Challenge

30-days to feed your mind, body, and spirit







Movement is one part of taking care of our overall health; in this 30-Day Virtual Yoga Challenge, we’re focusing on all aspects of what it means to satisfy our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. 

Feed Your Whole Self features classes that vary in style, focus, and length, with mantra, meditation, and visualization practices to provide a well-rounded experience of the journey we’re about to embark on together!

Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing interviews with wellness experts to highlight alternative practices and benefits. Topics include acupuncture & energy, reiki & boundaries, nutrition & food psychology, and community & conversation. 

We’re encouraging participants to set a simple goal for themselves for the month, such as giving up coffee, biking to work, sitting in difficult conversations, or creating more playtime for your kids/pets. We want to support you in creating a lifestyle that serves, so part of this challenge is for participants to set a goal and share it with the community on our Facebook group (if you like) to hold each other accountable for the month.

We’re offering this event to our members as well as our community at large, for Free!

At the end of the challenge, we’ll be raffling gifts for those of you who complete the journey with us.

How it works:

  • October 1st, the 30-day virtual yoga challenge begins.
  • Join the daily conversation in the Facebook Group to share your thoughts on the class, journaling answers, and feedback with the group participating in the challenge.
  • At the end of the challenge we will send out a form to be filled out by those who completed the 30 day challenge with us (We’ll follow the honor system + check to see that you logged into the apps every day of the month) and from that list we will hold a raffle. (Here is a clip from our raffle from our previous challenge)

The Classes:

90% of the classes are less than 30-mins. 

Here’s how we broke down the week:

  • Monday: Meditation and Hatha
  • Tuesday: Vinyasa
  • Wednesday: Yin/ Restorative
  • Thursday: Vinyasa
  • Friday: Meditation or Slow Flow
  • Saturday: Vinyasa
  • Sunday: Vinyasa/Hatha
We invite you to listen to your body throughout the month. Remember that every pose/variation is an offering, you don’t have to do them. Rest when you need to. Before going deeper into a pose, ask yourself, does this serve where my body and mind are today?

Journaling Questions

Each class includes a question for you to ponder while you do your practice. You will see these questions in the class write-up for that day, and we post to the Facebook group where participants can share answers with the community.
