What to Expect in this Yoga Teacher Training Article:
Welcome to The honors program!
Based on the many trainings I have taken, I brought together all the parts I really enjoyed to create The Honors Program.
I have been teaching this program for over 10 years and continue to be inspired by the students who show up.
After my last online training back in 2020, I redesigned the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training to have both an in-person and a virtual component. Nothing compares to being in person, especially for sequencing, hands-on assists, and deepening our personal sadhana. We will meet for two weeks in April and dive into all the ways to improve and enhance our teaching and practice.
Prerequisite: you must have a 200-hour certificate to join the full program/in-person component.
