How others decide to be is none of my business, nor should it affect the way I want to show up in the world.
This is my mantra this week.
The most important thing for me is to move with integrity and from a place of generosity. That means all my actions move from those two places within me. I have very little control over situations and other people but I do have control over how to work with a situation and how I work with other people.

Can you stand strong in your belief system even as those around you feel differently?
It has been a rough few weeks for me personally. I’m navigating waters I’ve never swum in before, which has left me feeling unsettled. With the help of my community, I found my footing again and remembered my core values – integrity and generosity. No matter what, I can show up with these two values and feel good about the decisions I’ve needed to make.
Who are the people you seek when you need advice? Take a moment, as I am currently doing, to thank them for their support and insight.
Stay true to your course and move from your heart – That’s my mantra for the coming week.
