Cancel by June 24, 2026 (3 months prior): forfeit the deposit
Cancel between June 25 and July 24, 2026 (2–3 months prior): forfeit 50% of the remaining balance
Cancel on or after August 13, 2026 (within 6 weeks of the retreat): forfeit the total amount
