A two-hour yoga class that includes peak poses, mantras, pranayamas, kriyas, mudras, and meditation. This is an advanced practice; we recommend you have a strong vinyasa practice (two years or more) before joining a Virtual Vinyasa Yoga Intensive.

Jnana (Knowledge)

Jnana is the path of knowledge and insight. This is the weekend of inquiry, study, and clarity.

Through guided discussions, practice, and reflection, we explore the inner teacher—the place where experience transforms into understanding. Expect a blend of asana, philosophy, and self-study as we approach the practice with curiosity and discernment.
