Best Online Yoga: Top Classes Loved by Our Members in 2025
As the year comes to a close, we pause—as we always do—to reflect on the practices that held us, challenged us, moved us, and guided us back to ourselves.
2025 was a year of transitions, endings, beginnings, and steady commitment. Across the world, so many of you unrolled your mats in living rooms, bedrooms, backyards, kitchens, studios, hotel rooms, and quiet corners of your lives. You showed up when it was easy, and you showed up when it wasn’t. That devotion is visible in everything we see behind the scenes.
This year alone, our community practiced for 22,163 hours and generated 59,291 views across the platform. That is tens of thousands of moments where someone breathed deeper, softened their jaw, unclenched their belly, released a story, or remembered who they were.
Whether you practiced for five minutes or fifty, whether you were in a challenge or simply exploring, whether you were beginning again or deepening what you already knew—your presence shaped this year.
Below, we share the practices, themes, and collections that resonated most across our global community.
Most Popular Online Yoga Classes of 2025
These top-viewed practices became touchstones throughout the year—steadfast companions through mornings, evenings, transitions, and emotional weather.
1. Yoga Is About Life (24-min) – Vinyasa
Short, rhythmic, breath-led, and accessible, it became the “reset class” for countless students wanting to feel centred again.
2. Aparigraha (17-min) – Hatha
A gentle yet profound lesson in letting go. This class held steady in second place because of its clarity and simplicity. It brought people back to themselves during moments of mental clutter, emotional intensity, or times when they simply needed to breathe without striving.
3. Yoga Nidra (23-min) – Meditation
Our community’s sanctuary. Yoga Nidra was used for sleep, for nervous system regulation, for emotional processing, and for deep rest. This class became a refuge for anyone needing stillness, softness, and the reminder that doing nothing is still medicine.
4. Ojas (40-min) – Hatha
A slow, grounding, vitality-building practice. Students loved the way this class rebuilt energy—especially during seasonal transitions, post-travel, illness recovery, or moments of depletion. It became a favourite among anyone wanting to reconnect with their inner reservoir.
5. Brahmacharya (21-min) – Slow Flow
A devotional inward-turning class. Students were drawn to its meditative pacing and the theme of self-awareness, moderation, and intentional energy use. In a year marked by overwhelm and constant stimulation, this class offered a return to simplicity and presence.
Most Watched Collections of 2025
These collections shaped the rhythm of practice for so many of you. They held structure when structure was needed, inspiration when energy dipped, and accountability during chaotic seasons.
1. Vinyasa 20–30 Minutes
Year after year—this remains your anchor. Short enough to fit into a busy day, long enough to shift your entire state. Students gravitated to this collection for morning movement, lunch breaks, evening resets, and everything in between.
2. Band Magic – 21-Day Yoga Challenge
Strength, fire, discipline. This challenge held strong because of its progression and its “just enough intensity” format. Students loved feeling their bodies grow stronger as they moved through the program day by day.
3. <10 Minute Classes
Proof that micro-practices truly transform. This collection supported people through seasons of travel, caregiving, and the simple realities of modern life.
4. Morning Practice Collection
Your sunrise ritual. This collection built countless daily streaks and carried many through the year. Gentle, bright, steady—exactly what mornings often need.
5. Shadow School – 31-Day Challenge
A devoted group journeyed deeply into breath, stillness, archetype, and inner reflection. This challenge supported emotional processing, intuitive clarity, and the quieter aspects of practice that don’t always show up in analytics—but do in your life.

- 149 students maintained active streaks.
- 274 badges were awarded across challenges and series.
- Engagement in comments, likes, and community threads increased.
- Students watched for an average of 19–26 minutes per class, demonstrating deep presence and attentiveness.
- Many practiced across multiple collections, mixing strength, rest, and meditation throughout their week.

A Note of Gratitude
Thank you for showing up—for yourself, for this community, and for the shared practice that ties us all together across time zones and seasons of life.
Thank you for every breath, every comment, every class completion, every quiet moment on your mat, every practice you returned to when life felt too loud or overwhelming.
Thank you for the devotion that doesn’t always get rewarded in the world outside, but transforms everything on the inside.
We will continue to create practices that meet you where you are, support your body and mind, honor your soul, and accompany you through whatever 2026 brings.

Community Feedback on the Best Online Yoga Classes of 2024:
- Yoga provides stillness that enables me to navigate this noisy world.
- A sense of balance & self-regulation mentally. Physical flexibility & openness. And the connection of both mind and body body
- It makes me feel so much better in my body and mind and brings me peace. I also particularly love Clara’s classes because they always give me something to think about and reflect on, and there’s so much variety.
- Stretching is the baseline that reels me—it shapes how my body works for the rest of the day—moving the hips and spine in all directions. But once I’m on the mat, I love a challenge for physical strength alongside some thoughtful mental cues/questions/visualizations — that’s what makes the real difference between a stellar guided class and a solo home practice: the transformative feeling of a mental/philosophical/emotional connection. Thanks! You have always been great at that kind of offering,
- I want to feel the fullness of aliveness, have better relationships with myself and others, and continuously learn and grow as life expresses itself through me.
- By tuning in and coming home to my mat, I feel like I’m caring for myself and the world around me. It always feels amazing for my body to move and to integrate that with my spirit. I love the beginning of class, when anything feels possible, and the end of a class, when I feel focused and deeply connected to just about everything. That feeling brings me back!
- I come to the mat to be able to take the practice off the mat and live more authentically with balance and awareness.
- Yoga opens my soul and spirit, allows me to connect with my body, and is a great form of strength training and healing. I can reach for yoga no matter my mood. Since cancer treatment, it has been great for healthy aging, meditation, and personal healing from trauma.
- It has turned into my full-time job, but I originally began it as a space for self-discovery, a space to create meaningful change within.
- Relaxation: the body feels better, calmer, and more grounded throughout the day.
- Yoga enriches my physical, spiritual, and internal life and has become an important part of my days.
- Alleviates symptoms of chronic pain- Having a regular Asana practice is the only thing that has helped me be able to live with chronic pain. Manage experiences of depression and anxiety. These are entangled with symptoms of chronic pain, and I love the practice of Yoga because it helps me work through all these things. I also attend my mat to stay connected to something bigger than myself. A spiritual practice helps me make meaning out of life and stay connected with my purpose.
- I love to stay connected, to better know myself…, and to hear myself. It keeps my mind open and works out the stresses I carry in my body. I love learning new things and being active. I also love Clara’s energy.
- I’m a therapist, and I sit all day and listen to other people’s stress. So, I do yoga every night after my son goes to bed for stretching, strength, and anxiety management.
- Reflection, physical benefits, mantra & meditation.
- Yoga has profoundly affected my ability to regulate; it also helps me feel freer in my body.

Kind Words from Our Community
➤ I appreciate the broad foundation of Clara’s classes. She always starts with a moment of stillness and teaching around some of the philosophy or mythology of yoga, or very often a mantra, which is woven through the rest of the class. I appreciate her style of teaching and what she offers. She’s also very down-to-earth and often makes me smile or laugh.
➤ I love the book recommendations and references. My favorite thing about Practice with Clara is that it combines the body and mind.
