Welcome to the end.
The end of this month’s challenge — the obvious one — ENERGIZE. I don’t always think out why I choose particular themes in class, for the app, or in conversations. This month has been an ENERGIZING one pour moi, the theme was PERFECT for what I’m working with. How about you? How would you describe this past month?
As the cherry blossoms bloomed, I felt myself unfurling my own petals. My shoulders lowered, my breath got bigger, and I’ve started looking out into the next year versus the next month.
Hello, world! I’m ready for you!
I’m unpacked and settling into my new apartment and ready to tackle all the things I’ve been putting off all winter.
With that — teacher kula — I’ve finally got the dates for the next 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training! It starts in the fall. I’m only taking 12 people for the whole program. We’re offering payment plans. For all the information, click here!
I’m also ruminating on what I’d like to offer the community at large in the fall. If you have any requests — send them my way.
I leave you with this wonderful Rilke quote:
“I beg you, to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.”
To living everything,
To unfurling in our own time,
To making choices that energize and inspire us.
