  • What are you arriving with today as you take a seat in your meditation?
  • Where are you in your life story, in this season and the coming season?
  • What do you see occurring in your physical body and the world around you?
  • How are you feeling right now?
  • Are what you see and how you feel in your life aligned?
  • What needs your attention right now, and where is your attention focused?
  • Where do you want to hold your focus?
  • How can you strike a balance between what needs your attention and where you want to bring your attention?
  • If you were to summarize where you are right now, what are three words you would choose?
  • What is a symbol that captures where you are right now?
  • What is below the surface of what you are going through that one cannot observe with the naked eye?

Come to a tall seat and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths to arrive.

 

Mahamrityunjaya Mantra

From the Rig Veda, this mantra is to Shiva—the auspicious one—and is considered one of the most powerful healing mantras.
