Join Clara for a 30-minute restorative practice to help relax and soften the body. This class includes a short yoga nidra, aka, yogic sleep. Yoga nidra is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice.
Restorative yoga is a form of conscious rest. When we rest while still awake, we have the ability to go into a meditative state. We’ll move through two poses in this class as restorative yoga features longer holds and fewer postures to encourage the muscles to relax.
