A smooth yoga practice that takes you through a Mandala Flow-style sequence to express side-body strengthening AND stretching, this class is themed for Shiva, the Lord of Transformation, and the third eye (Vishuddha) chakra.

 

You’ll move through chair, lunges, oblique activation, and twists before taking it down to stretch the hip flexors and frontline.

 

A wonderful full-body flow, this class includes pranayama, mantra and meditation for Shiva.
