A smooth and fiery flow that takes you through hamstring and core strengthening to prepare the body for inversions with a handstand as the peak pose.


This class features lunges, warriors, leg balancing, and shoulder opening. Option to use a wall if you are comfortable with handstand pose. Backbending and twists complete the class.
