A full-body yoga class opens with Kapalabhati pranayama to connect you to your solar plexus and inner fire; this class works toward Bakasana (crow pose) before heart and hip opening.

 

A great class for anyone who sits for long periods; you’ll stretch the hip flexors, hamstrings, and front body.
