Questions to sit with:

  • Is there anything you’d like to tell me? Is there anything you’d like to share?
  • What would you like to work with in the coming months? What would you like to explore?
  • What is your mantra right now? Choose one word.
  • What does this mantra/word mean to you?
  • What are some tangible ways you can live this mantra?
  • What can you put in your everyday line of vision to remind yourself of your mantra/word and intention?

About Bhramari Breath

This style of pranayama has a calming effect on the mind and body. Brahmari is also known as bees breath, as it sounds like a bee humming when performed. Brahmari grounds the body to calm the nervous system and helps relieve stress, anxiety, or anger.

May you listen more attentively to the emotional/intuitive body. May you soften to receive its messages, do less, and listen more as we enter the darkness.
