Hello, fellow friends on the path, 

Man oh man, this quote has been speaking to me this past month after I read this book. It’s been a while since I read a book and felt as though it was speaking to me in THIS moment.

My word for 2021 is vulnerability. I tend to keep my cards very close to my heart so as not to appear imperfect, wounded, broken. What I’ve learned is that it creates separation with those dear to me when I don’t share.

It’s been an uncomfortable month but here’s hoping that I let go of trying to make it easy for others and myself and instead just breath into where I am without always trying to fix it.

So I’ve come back to my meditation practice. I’m trying to sit every day and quite simply ask myself, “How do you feel right now?” I’m trying not to fix it or avoid it by cleaning the sh*t out of my house. Instead just sitting with all the hard human emotions I seem to be feeling right now.

All this to say, the 30-day challenge has created the time and space in my daily life to reflect on what’s been arising for me.

Join me for a 60-minute vinyasa practice working towards the arm balance firefly. That means we’ll be working on strengthening the core, glutes, and back while opening the chest, hamstrings, and inner thighs.

Exciting News You Need to Know

We’ve reorganized the Practice with Clara App to reflect the requests of our community members. 

Thanks to your feedback on the survey we sent in November, we’ve revamped the presentation of classes and how the content is categorized.

You’ll find that former playlists have been arranged into Collections; we did this so that the classes are easier to search and locate. 

When you log in to the PWC App on any device, you’ll see that there are fewer playlistsmore collections, longer descriptions, and a few new playlists to try


On February 1st, we’re launching the Class of the Day.

We’ve received so much feedback from all of you on how you love showing up to the PWC App and having a class chosen for you, that we’re launching the Class of the Day on February 1st! 

The Class of the Day will follow the Practice with Clara Program; a formula based on sustainability. Each day of the week is allotted a certain style (vinyasa, hatha, yin/restorative) so that you feel balanced by the end of the week. 

That being said, on vinyasa days we’re offering an alternative class that is slower paced just in case you’re not feeling too fiery that day. 

The Practice With Clara Program 

Monday: Slow Flow/Hatha
Tuesday: Vinyasa OR Hatha/yin
Wednesday: Vinyasa OR Mantra/Meditation
Thursday: Vinyasa OR a slower flow/Hatha class
Friday: we rest our bodies  with mantra and meditation 
Saturday: Vinyasa OR join the *LIVE* class with me
Sunday: Yin/restorative yoga or Meditation

how you’d like to nourish yourself

The Practice with Clara Program allows your body adequate rest periods between strengthening and lengthening specific muscle groups.

My intention for this program is to give you more time to focus on connecting to yourself.

We created assets for you to track your progress over the course of the month; download and save the calendar and journaling booklet.

I’m blessed and thankful that I get to do what I love every day to create and nourish the community.

I’m very appreciative to all of you who join me after the live classes on Saturdays for the Q&A session – this is the closest feeling I’ve had to being back in the studio, and I look forward to seeing you there today 🙂
