How are you feeling right now?
Close your eyes, drop down into your belly and take 5 deep breaths. Now ask again – how am I feeling right now?
I feel tired, hungry and a bit anxious.
The first two are obvious – get more sleep, and make a snack. The last one – anxious. Steph and I are working on some new ideas, there have been some big personal life changes and the cold just arrived.
What can I do to ease my anxiety?
Hot bath, warm heavy blankets and a bit more downtime.
I can get wrapped up in the task at hand and forget to tend to my body – hence the reason I do yoga. heh.
My mantra for this coming season is to check in and tend to the parts of myself and life that need attention so that I can move forward with more ease and enjoyment.
