Yoga for Fertility: How Energy, Breath & Visualization Support Creation
In yoga, we often speak of energy as something we cultivate, balance, and direct. Through movement, breath, and meditation, we create space for vitality to flow freely, nourishing both body and spirit.
This guided meditation and energy practice with Cindy Stockdale explores fertility not just as the ability to conceive life but as the capacity to create, express, and bring new energy into being—whether in the form of ideas, projects, relationships, or personal transformation.
As part of your yoga journey with Practice with Clara, this session aligns with the seasonal energy of spring—a time of renewal, emergence, and possibility. Just as nature transitions from winter’s stillness to the blossoming vitality of spring, so too can we awaken dormant creativity, shed stagnation, and step into a state of expansion, flow, and creation.
This practice integrates subtle energy work, meditation, and visualization techniques to help you tune into your Shakti—the creative force within. It invites you to explore the chakras as energetic gateways, allowing you to ground, clear, and amplify your creative potential.
Whether you are seeking to cultivate new beginnings, deepen your connection to your body’s wisdom, or align your energy with the natural rhythms of the earth, this practice serves as a guide.
Let’s move into stillness, open ourselves to possibility, and let creativity emerge effortlessly.

Meet Cindy Stockdale:
My deepest passion is to support you to reclaim your personal power and help you live a fulfilled and satisfied life.
I am a certified Quantum Life Coach with degrees in Psychology and Archaeology. I have been teaching yoga, studying Mountain Shamanism and the energetic healing arts for over 20 years, and been an intuitive and channel my entire life.
My highest purpose is to help people remember they are loved. This is a true homecoming. Homecoming means we get to identify what we believe to be true, not what society has told us we need to be. We learn how to identify and discern our own feelings, beliefs, sensations, and then have the courage to live them outloud in the world. I am here for the wild one, the edge walker, the curse breaker, the life claimer. I am here for those who are ready to transform their lives.

Grounding into Meditation
Posture & Breath:
Find a tall seat near a window. If you can meditate during the day, wonderful, but don’t let timing stop you. Always take the opportunity to connect. Sit tall—on the ground, a cushion, a couch, or a chair—whatever feels right.
Energy Alignment:
Root down through your sitting bones and rise through your central channel (Shushumna Nadi), which runs from the pelvis to the crown of the head. Energy moves not just up but also downward—from the sun (Surya), through the body.
Visualize this hollow channel within you.
Deepening Grounding:
Feel your feet planted or your pelvis connected to the earth. Imagine being rooted deep into rich soil.
As you rise through your central channel, allow energy to flow both up and down, filling your body before returning to the earth.
Becoming a Conduit of Energy
You may have heard of being a conduit—creating an opening to allow energy to flow through. This often applies to healing others, but today, I invite you to be a conduit for your own healing.
To conduct means not only to lead, as in an orchestra, but also to magnetize energy and guide its flow.
Yoga and meditation strengthen the body while maintaining softness, allowing us to channel higher frequencies of energy. We build the capacity to contain and hold larger, more powerful currents.
The Chakras: Energy Centers in the Body
In yogic anatomy, energy moves through chakras (pronounced “CHAK-rah,” not “shakra”). These energy wheels align along the spine:
- Muladhara (Root Chakra) – Base of the pelvis, deep red. Stability, grounding.
- Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) – Just above the pubic bone, bright orange. Creativity, sensuality.
- Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra) – Below the ribs, golden yellow. Self-identity, personal power.
- Anahata (Heart Chakra) – Center of the chest, green or pink. Love, compassion.
- Vishuddha (Throat Chakra) – Bright blue. Expression, truth.
- Ajna (Third Eye Chakra) – Indigo. Inner vision, intuition.
- Sahasrara (Crown Chakra) – Violet, thousand-petaled lotus. Divine connection.
Sit by the window, allowing natural light to permeate your being. Feel your pelvis grounding, feet connecting with the earth, and sunlight flowing down through your central channel.
Clearing & Energizing the Body
Create an energy circuit:
- Energy flows from the crown into the earth, where it is transmuted.
- It rises back up, replenishing your system.
Keeping the energy body clear is good energetic hygiene. Observe your chakras—ideally, they are:
✔ Vibrant
✔ Spinning clockwise
✔ Fist-sized
If any feel dull or sluggish, imagine the flow of grace cleansing them.
- Muladhara (Root Chakra): Feel anchored by growing a red cord deep into the earth. Stability provides freedom.
- Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra): Creativity, sensuality, and expression reside here. All are welcome in this space.
- Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra): Selfhood. The ego is not to be disowned but understood. Be yourself fully.
- Anahata (Heart Chakra): Love, openness. Let grace wash away density and refresh your heart space.
In the shamanic tradition, heaviness is called hucha—not “bad” energy, just dense energy. Release it, lightening your vibration.
Connecting to Higher Energy
- Vishuddha (Throat Chakra): Expression. Lightly cup your throat, noticing where you hold tension. The throat and pelvic floor are deeply linked.
- Ajna (Third Eye Chakra): The seat of intuition and the pineal gland.
- Sahasrara (Crown Chakra): Divine connection.
In shamanic tradition, there is an eighth chakra above the head—the Wiracocha.
Golden Energy Protection Practice
- Rub your hands together, creating warmth.
- Reach up and feel the golden orb above you.
- Expand it around your entire body, sealing it below you like a protective cocoon.
- Repeat for the collective—energy transcends time and space.
Embracing Fertility & Creative Energy
Spring represents fertility, not just biological but creative.
Winter is the void—dark, introspective, yin energy. But from stillness, all things are possible.
When we are well-rested, creativity flows effortlessly.
Like a seed breaking through the soil, we turn toward the light.
Reflection Questions:
- What is longing to be lived through you this spring?
- Where do you feel or perceive fertility around or within you?
- What wants to burst forth?
- If anything were possible, what would you create?
Hold miracle consciousness—all things are possible. Let creativity live through you, effortlessly.
Final Invitation for Fertility: Living in Creative Flow
There is no pressure to create. Creativity arises from:
✔ Rest
✔ Flow
✔ Joy
Let go of force and stress. Move with grace, trusting that your path will reveal itself.
You are enough.
Stay in this energy as long as you like. Let pleasure, not pressure, guide you.
You are deeply loved.
