Unwind from the Airplane (46-min) Vinyasa

A flow class to bring your body back to “normal” after doing airplane seat pose.

This sequence is my go-to after long flights.

A bit of movement (sun salutes), kapalabhati, a lot of stretching (side body, hamstrings) and much needed psoas opening.
