Spice It Up (30-min) Vinyasa

In this short and spicy vinyasa yoga class you’ll get your heart pumping and blood flowing to build heat and burn off any excess energy and tension.

Shaking is therapeutic in that it moves all the stuff we’re holding onto in our bodies. You may feel lighter and warmer.

Ground down and feel the heat you’ve created and your heart with the boost in your circulation before moving through Sun Salutation ‘C’ and a variation on the Jivamukti Sun Salutations.

A dynamic vinyasa flow that promises you’ll build heat and challenge your body. Utkatasana (chair pose), Phalakasana (plank pose), Ashta Chandrasana (high lunge), and Garudasana (eagle pose) provide opportunities to feed the fire within and build strength.

You’ll move into Virabhadrasana 1 (warrior 1) with eagle arms and transition into Vasisthasana (side plank pose) in the peak flow. With wide twists, shoulder opening, and upper back release, this class assists in making space in the front and back of the chest to give your breath.

Come down to the ground for shalabhasana (locust pose) and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (bridge pose). Cool down and ground to close your class with Supta Matsyendrasana (supine twist).
